A dough of potato flakes , flour, and other seasoning to be made with milk.
A separate thick filling of spinach , paneer , cheese , butter , tomato , oregano , and basil to be made.
The flakes dough to be rolled with a rolling pin, topped by the thick spinach filling.
The whole thing is to be rolled and wrapped in the silver foil, followed by poaching for 15mins in the boiling water.
After poaching to be cut into slices, served on the bed of chopped tomato, topped by béchamel. |
